or call 253.446.3304 - The project generally consists of a Freestanding Emergency Department with stand-alone radiology located on the First Floor and a shelled space for a future clinic on Level 2 including civil, landscape, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and communications systems.
Payment and Performance bonds for 100% of the Contract Sum of all Sub-contracts of the General Contractor in excess of 10% of the Contract Sum shall be furnished by the applicable Subcontractors.
Prevailing wage rates will apply.
