HONOLULU, HAWAII
Estimator – Prepares bid packages, conceptual estimates, analysis of subcontractor bids, etc. Analyzes blueprints, specifications, proposals and other documentation to create time, cost and labor estimates. Experience using Timberline cost-estimating software with a minimum of 5 to 7 years construction estimating experience required. DOD experience preferred; local candidates only, please.
Site Safety Manager – Responsible for implementing and supervising all project safety, accident and fire-protection programs, as well as directing employee safety training. Document all accidents, safety violations and unsafe working conditions, ensuring site compliance with agency standards. Ensure that all required records and reports are complete, accurate and submitted per established procedures. Minimum of four years construction safety & health experience required. OSHA 500, first-aid/CPR and EM-385 certification required. DOD experience preferred; local candidates only, please.
PUYALLUP, WASHINGTON
Project Manager – Specific experience on government projects and a willingness to travel to others states, primarily WA, OR, ID and CA. Responsible for the day-to-day execution, project controls, project engineering, cost, risk and business management of a particular project and will work closely with all members of the project team. Must have solid knowledge of project scope, building processes and systems, cost-control collections, billings change-management and monthly status reports with a strong understanding of cost estimating, budgeting and forecasting. Accountable for project completion and financials, critical success factors, and customer-satisfaction results.
Minimum requirements
- Must have 5+ years of project-management experience with a minimum of three years working on NAVFAC and/orUSACE design/build projects of $40M to $80M in size, in the position of lead project manager.

Must have a degree in CM or engineering and be LEED AP certified.

DBIA designated professional is preferred but not mandatory.

Must have scheduling experience with a solid understanding of Primavera P-3 and P-6 scheduling software, and the capability of providing monthly schedule updates from the baseline schedule.

Proficient with Prolog or similar project-management software.

Experience with procurement of design/build government projects through the RFP process. Proven leadership qualities and ability to lead team from preconstruction/design through construction phases.
